What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?

• Customers can exchange their orders within 7days and return their order within 7days after an order has been delivered.
• In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
• If you have received a defective product, send us images at hello@thehod.in and we will get back to you.
• Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range.
• Shipping and COD charges won’t be refundable
• We will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund. 
• once refund is approved the amount will be credit in 7-10 working days.
